1 Answer
A leap year has 366 day, i.e, 52 complete weeks, which is 364 days.
The 365th day can be a Sunday (probability 1/7) or a 366th day will have a Sunday (1/7th).
Hence the combined probability is 1/7 + 1/7 = 2/7.
