The number of TVs that are good in the batch $= 100 - 4 = 96.$
Since the number of TVs to choose from changes every time a TV is selected, the events are dependent.
P (customer chooses 3 good TVs) $= \large\frac{96}{100} \normalsize \times \large\frac{95}{99} \normalsize \times \large\frac{94}{98}$$= 0.8836$
