For a reaction :
$Ea_{FR}=\Delta H +Ea_{BR}$
For endothermic reaction ;$\Delta H =$ positive thus $E_{a\;FR} > \Delta H$
For exothermic reaction ;$\Delta H =$ negative thus can be said.
Hence c is the correct answer.
