1. Myosin and actin are arranged as rod-like structures, parallel to each other and also to the transverse axis of the myofibrils. 2. Actin filaments are thinner as compared to the myosin filaments, hence are commonly called thin and thick filaments respectively. Regarding 1 and 2 :

(B) is the right answer.

Both the proteins (myosin and actin) are arranged as rod-like structures, parallel to each other and also to the longitudinal axis of the myofibrils. Actin filaments are thinner as compared to the myosin filaments, hence are commonly called thin and thick filaments respectively.
