The type of bonds present in $CuSo_4.5H_20$ are only

$Cu^{2+}$ and $SO_4^{2-}$ from ionic bond.
$So_4^{2-}$ has covalent bonds and $H_2O$ shows co-ordinate bonds.
Hence D is the correct answer.
