A is the mid point of PQ
$\large\frac{a+0}{2}$$=3=> a=6 \large\frac{0+b}{2}$$=4=> b=8$
Equation of the line is $\large\frac{x}{6}+\frac{y}{8}=1$
$\large\frac{4x+3y}{24}$$=1$
$4x+3y=24$
Hence C is the correct answer.
