Answer : $\;14+28i$
Explanation :
$3 (7+i7) +i(7+i7) = 21 + 21 i + 7i + 7i^{2}$
$ = 21+28i +7 \times (-1)\qquad [i^{2} =-1]$
$ = 14 + 28i$
