$\begin{array}{1 1}(A)\;4n-1&(B)\;n^2+2n\\(C)\;n^2+n+1&(D)\;n^2+2\end{array} $

The $n^{th}$ term of the series 3+7+13+21+....is $n^2+n+1$
Hence (C) is the correct answer.
