Find the value of the trigonometric function $\sin 765^{\large\circ}$

$\begin{array}{1 1}(A)\;\large\frac{1}{\sqrt 2}&(B)\;\sqrt 2\\(C)\;-\large\frac{1}{\sqrt 2}&(D)\;-\sqrt 2\end{array} $

1 Answer

$\sin 765^{\large\circ}=\sin(8\times 90^{\large\circ}+45^{\large\circ})$
$\Rightarrow \sin 45^{\large\circ}=\large\frac{1}{\sqrt 2}$
Hence (A) is the correct answer.
