Answer : False
Explanation :
False , because $\;cos \theta + i sin \theta =0\;$ => $\;cos \theta=0\;$ and $\;sin \theta=0\;$. But there is no value of $\;\theta\;$ for which $\;cos \theta\;$ and $\;sin \theta\;$ both are zero.
