Answer : $\;-\large\frac{\pi}{4}$
Explanation :
Let $\;\theta\;$ be the principle value of amplitude of $\;1-i\;$ .
Since $\; \tan \theta =-1$ => $\; tan \theta = tan (-\large\frac{\pi}{4}) $
$\theta = -\large\frac{\pi}{4} \;.$
