Find the value of $\sin \large\frac{31\pi}{3}$

$\begin{array}{1 1}(A)\;\large\frac{\sqrt 3}{2}&(B)\;\large\frac{3}{\sqrt 2}\\(C)\;\large\frac{1}{4}&(D)\;\large\frac{1}{2}\end{array} $

Toolbox:
  • $\sin (\theta+2n\pi)=\sin \theta$
$\sin \large\frac{31\pi}{3}$
$\sin (10\pi+\large\frac{\pi}{3})$
$\sin (2\times 5\pi+\large\frac{\pi}{3})$$=\sin \large\frac{\pi}{3}=\frac{\sqrt 3}{2}$
Hence (A) is the correct answer.
