Since $\Delta Q =\Delta u+ \Delta w$ and at constant volume, $\Delta w=0$ , So Cv accounts only for the heat given i raising internal energy whereas $C_p$ accounts for the heat which raises internal energy and accounts for work done
Hence B is the correct answer.
