$\large\frac{\Delta l_1}{\Delta l_2}=(\frac{f_1}{f_2})(\frac{l_1}{l_2})(\frac{a_2}{a_1})(\frac{Y_2}{Y_1})$
$\Rightarrow \large\frac{5}{7}\times \frac{3}{5}\times \frac{9}{4}\times \frac{4}{3}$
$\Rightarrow \large\frac{9}{7}$
Hence (C) is the correct answer.
