RMS velocity of $H_2$ at 300K is $1930m/s$.Rms velocity of $O_2$ at 1200K will be

$\begin{array}{1 1}(A)\;482.5m/s\\(B)\;965m/s\\(C)\;1930m/s\\(D)\;3860m/s\end{array} $

$V_{RMS}=\sqrt{\large\frac{3RT}{\mu \omega}}$
$\large\frac{V_1}{V_2}=\sqrt{\large\frac{T_1\mu_2}{\mu_1T_2}}$
$\Rightarrow 965m/s$
Hence (B) is the correct answer.
