$PV=nRT$
$V=\large\frac{nRT}{P}$ with constant V
$\large\frac{nT}{P}$=constant
$\large\frac{nT}{P}=\frac{n'T'}{P'}$
$\Rightarrow 63/5$gm
Hence (D) is the correct answer.
