$C_{RMS}=\sqrt{\large\frac{3RT}{\mu \omega}}$
$\Rightarrow \sqrt{\large\frac{3\times 83\times (273+25)}{0.04}}$
$\Rightarrow 430.7cm/s$
Hence (B) is the correct answer.
