In tossing a coin there are two possible outcomes, viz.H or T (i.e Head or Tail).Similarly tossing the coin for the second time, there are again the same two outcomes and similarly for third toss the same outcomes appears.
Total number of outcomes in three toss.
(According to FPC)
$\Rightarrow 2\times 2\times 2$ways
$\Rightarrow 2^3$ways
Hence (B) is the correct answer.
