Compute $\large\frac{8!}{6!\times 2!}$

$\begin{array}{1 1}(A)\;24\\(B)\;28\\(C)\;32\\(D)\;36\end{array} $

Toolbox:
  • $n!=n(n-1)(n-2).......(3)(2)(1)$
$8!=8\times 7\times 6\times 5\times 4\times 3\times 2\times 1$
$6!=6\times 5\times 6\times 5\times 4\times 3\times 2\times 1$
$2!=2\times 1$
$\large\frac{8!}{6!\times 2!}=\frac{8\times 7\times 6\times 5\times 4\times 3\times 2\times 1}{6\times 5\times 4\times 3\times 2\times 1\times 2\times 1}$
$\Rightarrow 28$
Hence (B) is the correct answer.
