The number of ways in which a team of 11 players can be selected from 22 players including 2 of them and excluding 4 of them is

$\begin{array}{1 1}(A)\;16C_{11}\\(B)\;16C_5\\(C)\;16C_9\\(D)\;20C_9\end{array} $

Total no of players =22
No of players in the team =11
Hence the no of ways of selecting the players =$16C_9$
Hence (C) is the correct answer.
