The number of permutations of n different objects,taken r at a line,when repetitions are allowed is

$\begin{array}{1 1}(A)\;n\\(B)\;n^2\\(C)\;n^r\\(D)\;n^{r-1}\end{array} $

The no of permutations =$n^r$
Hence (C) is the correct answer.
