A={3,6,9,12,15,18,21},B={4,8,12,16,20}
Here 12 is the only element of set B is common to set A
$B-A=\{4,8,12,16,20\}-\{3,6,9,12,15,18,21\}$
$\Rightarrow \{4,8,16,20\}$
Hence (D) is the correct answer.
