The angle of elevation of a tower at a point on the ground is $24^{\circ}$. When the point is shifted 20.02 m towards the base of the tower, the angle of elevation becomes $30^{\circ}$. What is the height of the tower ? ( Take $\tan 30^{\circ} = 0.577$ and $ \tan 24^{\circ} = 0.445$ )
