A right circular cylinder of length $20\; cm$ and radius $5 \;cm$ has its centre at origin and its axis along the x axis such that one of its face is at $x = +10\; cm$ and its other face is at $x = −10\; cm$. It is kept in an electric field given by $\overrightarrow {E}= 200 \hat i N /C( x> 0) =-200 \hat i N/C (x <0)$ What is the net outward flux through the flat surfaces?

The net outward flux through the flat surfaces is : $ 3.14 Nm^2C^{−1 }$
Hence C is the correct answer.
