Find the shortest distance between two lines whose vector equations are $ \overrightarrow{r}=(1-t)i+(t-2) \bar{j}+(3-2t) \bar{k} $ and $ \overrightarrow{r}=(s+1) \bar {i}+(2s-1)\bar {j}-(2s+1) \bar {k}$
