1 Answer

$i_{KCl}=\large\frac{\text{Observed value of colligative property}}{\text{Normal value of colligative property}}$
$\Rightarrow \large\frac{\text{No.of particle furnished by KCl}}{\text{No.of particles before dissociation}}$$=2$
$i_{Sugar}=1$
Hence (B) is the correct answer.
