In the given network, $C_1, C_2$ and $C_3$ are connected in series. The effective capacitance C′ of these three capacitors is given by
$\large\frac{1}{C'} =\frac{1}{C_1}+\frac{1}{C_2} +\frac{1}{C_3}$
For $C_1=C_2=C_3=10 \mu F$
$ C'=(10/3) \mu F$
The network has C′ and C4 connected in parallel. Thus, the equivalent capacitance C of the network is
$\qquad= 13.3 \mu F$
Hence C is the correct answer.
