Two capacitor of capacitances $C_1 = 3 \mu F$ and $C_2 = 6 \mu F$ arranged in series are connected in parallel with a third capacitor $C_3 = 4 \mu F$. The arrangement is connected to a 6 volt battery. Calculate the energy stored in capacitors.

Hence B is the correct answer.
