$V(\overrightarrow r ) =\large\frac{1}{4 \pi \in_0} \frac{q_1}{\bigg |\overrightarrow{r} - \overrightarrow{r_1} \bigg|}+\frac{1}{4 \pi \in_0} \frac{q_2}{\bigg|\overrightarrow{r} - \overrightarrow{r_2}\bigg|}$
