The highest order derivative present in the differential equation determines its order.
The highest power raise to the derivative determines its degree.
$ (y^{'''})^2+(y^{''})^3+(y^{'})^4+y^5=0 $
The order of the given equation is 3.
The degree corresponding to the highest order is 2
