Toolbox:
A sentence is a statement if it is either true or false always.
The sides of a quadrilateral have equal length.
This sentence is not a statement because this statement is true some times
and is false sometimes.
$i.e.,$ If the quadrilateral is square then the statement is true and
if it is rectangle then is not true.
