Number of kings in a deck of 52 cards =4
Number of 9 of hearts deck of 52 cards =1
Number of 3 of spades deck of 52 cards =1

$\therefore n(E)=4+1+1=6$
Probability =$\large\frac{n(E)}{n(S)}$
$\Rightarrow \large\frac{6}{52}$
$\Rightarrow \large\frac{3}{26}$
Hence (A) is the correct answer.
