What is the total length of a line where different segments measure $8.26\;cm,2.3\;cm,2.89\;cm$ and $7.762\;cm?$

$\begin{array}{1 1}(A)\;21.2\;cm \\(B)\;2.3 \;cm \\(C)\;0.98 \;cm \\(D)\;2.5\;cm \end{array} $

Since significant place is the tenth place, rounding off the individual value to nearest hundredth (one place more) we have 8.26+2.3+2.89+7.76 = 21.21 cm.
Hence A is the correct answer.
