Answer: (2) and (3) are correct.
(2) Frenkel defect is a dislocation defect. In a Frenkel defect the ion instead of the expected location is found in one of the interstices.
(3) Trapping of an electron in the lattice leads to formation of F-Center. Schottky defect involves the absence of cation or anion from the position it is expected to occupy. This affects the physical properties of solids.
