Answer : $Pt|H_2(g)|HCl(aq)|AgCl(s)|Ag$
In the given reaction $H_2$ is oxidised to $H^+$ and $AgCl$ is reduced to Ag.Hence,the cell with these reactions is $Pt|H_2(g)|HCl(aq)|AgCl(s)|Ag$
