The only stable tetrahalide of lead is

$\begin{array}{1 1}PbF_4\\PbCl_4\\PbBr_4\\PbI_4\end{array} $

Answer : $PbF_4$
$PbF_4$ is yellow compound with melting point 873K
$PbCl_4$ is yellow oil stable below 273K and decomposes to $PbCl_2$ and $Cl_2$ above 323K.
$PbBr_4$ is even less stable,$PbI_4$ does not exist.
