Answer: (2), (3) and (4) are incorrect.
(1): This is the reason a helium molecule is not formed. This statement is correct.
(2): All noble gases EXCEPT He have 8 valence electrons
(3): He being smaller in size posses a high ionization energy and cannot be excited to a higher level and thus does not form a compound with flourine.
(4): Helium is preferred to Hydrogen for filling gas balloons but is heavier than Hydrogen, although non-inflammable
