Answer: $1 \rightarrow b, \; 2 \rightarrow a,\; 3 \rightarrow d,\; 4 \rightarrow c$
1. Krypton $\rightarrow$ Used in airport runway and approach lighting as it gives longer life to incandescent lighting compared to Argon even though its more expensive.
2. Argon $\rightarrow$ Used in incandescent bulbs as it prevents vaporization of tungsten and blackening of bulbs.
3. Xenon $\rightarrow$ Used in flash lights for cameras as it has a fast response to electric current.
4. Helium $\rightarrow$ Used in nuclear reactions as it does not become radioactive and transfers heat easily.
