Answer: 54 kJ
Noble gases are monoatomic.
For monoatomic gases, $pV = \large\frac{2}{3}$$ \text{Internal Energy}$
$\Rightarrow$ Internal Energy $U =\large\frac{3}{2}$$pV =\large\frac{3}{2}$$ \times 1.2 \times 10^6 \times 0.03 = 54\;kJ$
