Answer: Only (2), (3) and (4) are true, (1) is false
(1) All transition elements in Period 5 will have a “base” configuration of $[Ar]5s^2$ , and will differ in the number of d electrons (i.e, x) $\rightarrow 1s^22s^22p^63s^23p^64s^23d^{10}4p^65s^24d^x$
(2), (3) and (4) are factually correct.
In the case of (2) and (3) despite the irregularities, in order to maintain a rational classification of elements, they are included in the d-block.
