$a^3=\large\frac{z\times M}{d\times N}$
$\Rightarrow \large\frac{1\times 200}{8\times 24\times 10^{23}}$
$a^3=10.41\times 10^{-24}cm^3$
$a=2.18\times 10^{-8}\times 10^{10}pm$
$a=218pm$
