$r= 10\;cm$
$\quad= 10^{-1}\;m$
$V= \large\frac{q}{4 \pi \in_0 r}$
$\quad= \large\frac{9 \times 10^7 \times 250 \times 10^{-6}}{10^{-1}}$
$\qquad= 2.25 \times 10^7\;V$
Answer : $2.25 \times 10^7\;V$
