now find dthe intersecting points

{(m1*x2+m2*x1)/m1+m2}=x(intersecting point

as divided by Y axis x=0

(m1*x2+m2*x1)/m1+m2=0

k*1+1*-3=0

k-3=0

k=3

required ratio is 3:1
