$\begin{array}{1 1} \text{For a particular orientation there shall be darkness as observed through the Polaroid} \\ \text{The intensity of light as seen through the Polaroid shall be independent of the rotation } \\ \text{The intensity of light as seen through a minimum but not zero for two orientation of the Polaroid} \\ \text{The intensity of light as seen through the Polaroid go through a minimum for four orientation of the Polaroid } \end{array} $
