It is given that $\overrightarrow{E}=(E_1 \hat i +E_2 \hat j) \cos (kz- wt)$
In EM wave that associate magnetic field vector $\overrightarrow{B} = \large\frac{$\overrightarrow{E}}{C}=\frac{E_1 \hat i +E_2 \hat j}{C}$$ \cos (Kz-wt)$ option a is true
Also $\overrightarrow{E}$ and $\overrightarrow{B}$ are perpendicular to each other and the propagation of EM wave is perpendicular to $\overrightarrow{E}$ as well as $\overrightarrow{B}$
The given electro magnetic wave is plane polarized
