Given $I_D= ImA =10^{-3} A$
$C= 2 \mu F$
$\quad= 2 \times 10^{-6} F$
$I = \large\frac{d}{dt} $$(Cv)$
$\quad= c. \large\frac{dv}{dt}$
$\quad v= \large\frac{I_0}{c}$
$\quad= \large\frac{10^{-3}}{2 \times 10^{-6}}$
$\quad=500 v/s$
