given $ E= 120\;v$
$v= 115\;v$
$I= 25\;A$
$I= \large\frac{E-v}{R}$
$R= \large\frac{E-v}{I}$
$\quad= \large\frac{120- 115}{25}$
$\qquad= \large\frac{5}{25}$
$\qquad= 0.2 \Omega$
Answer : $0.2 \; \Omega$
