Find the locus of point P(x,y) which moves such that the sum of the distances from P to point A(0,0) and to point B(1,1) is equal to 2.
I did all the algebra for this question but I obtained a horrible equation at the end. It can't be an ellipse because A and B are not foci. Please help. I'm grateful.
