Cooking/boiling food,adding preservatives to store food,cleaning utensils are some methods which reduces microorganisms in food preparation.Microorganisms are used in a fermentation process to make yogurt, cheese, curd,etc.Microorganisms are used in brewing, wine making, baking, pickling and other food-making processes
