If $-i+2 $ is one root of the equation $ax^{2}-bx+c=0$, then the other root is

\[\begin{array}{1 1}(1)-i-2&(2)i-2\\(3)2+i&(4)2i+i\end{array}\]

Given one root is $-i+2$
Complex root occurs in pairs
The other root is $i+2$
Hence 3 is the correct answer.
